Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes around 7 to 15 business days depending on your location, customs processing and the local carrier. You receive a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Shipping is free worldwide on every order. No minimum, no exceptions. Import duties, where your country applies them, are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use to lift dust. For smooth leather, apply a conditioner every few months to keep it supple; for suede, use a brush and keep it away from water.
If it gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sun, then condition it. Store it stuffed lightly with paper and out of a sealed plastic bag so the shape holds and the leather can breathe.
Creases and marks that appear over time are the leather doing what leather does — they are character, not damage.
