Take a tape measure around your head, just above the ears and across the middle of the forehead. That measurement is your size.

As a guide: S 55–56 cm · M 57–58 cm · L 59–60 cm · XL 61–62 cm. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one — wool gives a little with wear, and a cap that sits loose can be shaped, while one that pinches cannot.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes around 7 to 15 business days depending on your location, customs processing and the local carrier. You receive a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. No minimum, no exceptions. Import duties, where your country applies them, are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Brush with a soft clothes brush, following the nap, to lift dust and lint. Spot clean marks with a barely damp cloth and a little mild soap. Do not machine wash and do not tumble dry — wool felts and shrinks.

If it gets caught in the rain, reshape it while it is still damp and let it dry flat at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sun. Store it flat rather than crushed in a pocket so the crown holds its line.

The slight softening and the way the cloth settles to your head over time are the wool doing what wool does — that is character, not wear.
